DSI have recently undertaken the dismantling and re-installation of double skin steel partitioned warehouse offices on behalf of a healthcare company. The works were part of a £400,000 project including mezzanine floors, pallet racking, shelving, electrical works, sprinkler installation and all associated building control approvals.

DSI have been selected to work alongside a midlands based company who provide fittings to the gas industry. The works involved the installation of anti-collapse mesh to enable an additional manufacturing line to be installed adjacent to the stores area. The anti-collapse enabled a safe working area to be maintained for staff working on the new manufacturing line.

A further contract has been secured by DSI in Belgium. The latest works involved the installation of low level single skin steel partitioning along with three hundred metres of of barrier rail. The works were part of a warehouse re-modelling project with revised traffic routes. All works were completed over weekend hour to avoid disruption to the facility.

A leading Manchester based wholesaler to the drinks industry has appointed DSI to divide two of its existing facilities with single skin steel partitioning. The partitioning was taken to a height of 10 metres to create a secure barrier between two areas. After the installation the client was able to sub-let parts of its facilities to external companies.

A northwest fire authority has appointed DSI to install  secure server cages in several of it stations. The cages were constructed using mesh partitioning to utilise existing air-conditioning that served the areas. All the cages were installed with no disruption to the working environment of the stations.

A leading printer cartridge supplier has recently selected DSI’s range of mesh decking levels. The decking levels were part of a reconfiguration of its existing pallet racking originally supplied by ourselves. DSI has successfully installed a two hundred square metre secure property storage area for a Northwest police authority. The area was constructed using mesh partitioning with a self supporting mesh ceiling for added security. Alongside the partitioning DSI relocated existing and installed new shelving to complete the storage area.

DSI are pleased to have been selected by a major north-west based motor manufacturer to create a print area with acoustic double skin steel partitioning, including ceilings and flooring, together with the relocation of a break-out/kitchen area.
